Basically, I've only used it for composing bug reports. Although I must say the Beta version is a quantum leap over the Alpha version. They seem to be trying hard at improvement. That's what testing is for. I wish CL had tested Poser 5 in the same way.

Ive been using it since the first Alpha, but minimal usage, merely doing small images, testing of textures and props out. Havent used it for a full image yet, as the Macintosh version is chock full of problems, like conforming clothes does not work 9/10 attempts.

But its well on its way, and I can see it becoming a true tool in my work within the next 12-18 months.

I still prefer the Poser interface over DAZ Studio. And the renderer is awfully slow...

I know it has better light options, but, frankly, I can do well with Poser lights and postwork. Probably the lights options really make a difference in animation, but then again, Poser5 has rather interesting options itself. Oh, and it's working smoothly on my maschine, so i don't complain about bugs since I updated to SR3. (too afraid to use SR4)

I hope DS becomes a little more user friendly, I really do try and get on with it, but I still spend 99.9% of my time with P5, and to make matters worse there's now a demo of Shade available :)
