Experience with this has taught me that the best solution is a) comixpress.com, or b) lulu.com.

Print on demand is possible.

I've used CafePress for B&W and plan to use lulu for colour.

Ming56, if you're still interested, let me know. I'm preparing projects which could use any kind of material, at any length. Trust me. I'm working with five others at the moment on pieces which are now only a few weeks from completion and can take more. Digitalmagi, you too. Let me know what you can do and what you'd like to do - and how much you could take on - and I know we can work something out.
