Yeah Elmore is a great guy I always make sure I talk to him when I go to gen-con when he is there (unless he is sick he is ALWAYS there). first piece of his work I ever owned was the dragon poster that was the box top art for the old red D&D box set.
Kieth Parkenson is another of my favorites (unfortunately he died late last year which truely sucks because I really loved his work)
those are the 2 artists I like most the rest were already mentioned by you guys but I figured i had to mention these guys.
