This is your chance to design one!
The CONTEST BEGINS THIS WEEKEND at ANIMOTIONS.com:
So break out your Victorias and Michaels, doll up your Aikos, arm up your Davids and Dorks, and accoutre your Hiros. Load up those hideous creations in your poser [or D|S] libraries you've never had *just* the right inspiration to use - until now. And wind up your Infernal Machines...
IT Came From Beneath The Marquee wants YOUR Entries!!!

I see you must have at least one Animotions item in the finished render, does this include the freebies section items?

Read up again, carefully. That one is self answering. At least one animotions.com store item.
A freebie won't do, sorry.
You CAN use Animotions freebie items, but they won't count towards qualifying. If the final image doesn't have at least one Animotions store item, and at least one non-Millenium Figure Daz item, it will be disqualified before the contest judging. _________________ "I'd add a legitimate comment here, but that would mean reading everything, which I have no patience for." - Slynky

uhm..ok.. so that means i wouldn't be able to compete, because i don't have a way of paying for any store items in the animotions store..and do have alot of daz content.. cause i would need at least one from both right..?
Also i assume it doesn't count when i bought an item at a different store but is also sold here..?
Would really be a shame..
One each, although the Daz item can be from their freestuff or free promotional items: just needs to be a non-Millenium figure item. [Clothing, props, setting, whatever - just something other than or in addition to the M3/V3/A3/H3/David/Steph figure roundup] The Daz item requirement is included because they're putting up three of the major prizes.
Hrrm. I'd be inclined to allow an item that's sold in both DTG stores that was purchased at Renderotica, even though that's kinda bending the rules a bit.
Since the idea is that a contest is a promotional for Animotions and the Animotions store... an item purchased at Renderosity or 3D Commune is kind of stretching it a bit, IMO. We both kinda want to attract eyes and members to the site, and attract eyes and purchasers to our vendors. AND be able to give away neat stuff to the contest enterers. Making it a win/win/win operation.
Sorry. _________________ "I'd add a legitimate comment here, but that would mean reading everything, which I have no patience for." - Slynky

Hey IronBear,
How do you determine if correct items ARE being used? Noticed alot of entries don't even state items they used.
A keen eye for detail, a vast knowledge of what items we sell gleaned from several years of also being the store admin here and at Rotica, a reasonably good knowledge of what Daz has... and LOTSA haphazard guesswork?
