The problem shipped products from Daz3d
I first had this problem when i ordered my account history burned to cd i waited and waited since it states it can take up to three weeks to burn to disc. Week five was ending and i sent an email to inquire about my order. Several days pass when i get a response that asked if i wanted mac or pc or both versions and that they would burn it and shipp it to me. There was no sorry about the mess up we will rush it right out to you.
It took anouther week and a half to get. These should have taken at a max 4 weeks. But daz took 8 weeks. Being stupid I ordered yet another shippable item from Daz thinking that since it is an already packaged product i will get it sooner. WRONG wrong wrong boy was i wrong I placed an order for the bryce training DVD before thanksgiving and have yet to recieve the product. I have contacted Daz twice so far and have not recieved an answer I no longer want the item rather i want my money back. My question is has anyone else had this problem and what is a dependable web site to order shippable products from? |

| emails at DAZ are almost ignored. You'll get much faster service if you call their toll-free number. |

I agree with dthuregrif. Ive ordered many times off Daz's website, but have experienced many problems as well. But after the first time i ordered a shippable product that I paid for (calendar) and never received, and got no response to my emails, I stopped emailing them, and always just call. Since then no problems. _________________ =============================

Thanks I did call and finally got my refund.
I still want to know if anyone else has had this problem if so maybe we as customers can bring it to their attention and possibly have the problem corrected. |

My buddy ordered Bryce 6 from Daz awhile back and still has yet to receive it!
Its been over 2 months and he is getting to impatient, cant say I blame him
I would be mad too.
