I second Invader's comment!
I think Ric Flair started the whole Superhero movemement during the Civil War.

Good Lord, I didn't know Flair was still in business. He's got to be pushing 60 by now. I vaguely remember him performing with old timers like Bobo Brazil, Pampiro Firpo, Killer Brooks, Tony Marino, and the original fire breathing Sheik.

Has he been around so long that he's not a bad guy anymore?

His original stage personna was a semi-effeminate bad guy, when he was known as the "Nature Boy". He's probably changed his act and dropped the old name by now.

Nope .. Still the nature boy rick flair when introduced. Still comes out in the liberace robe but he is known as the dirtiest player in the game. Cheap shots and stuff but he is respected as an elder statesman type. Not really effeminent but his womanizing days are fairly well past him. 16 time world champion and at age 58 he is starting to slow down but can still pull out good matches.
