I have finally figured out what I was doing wrong for the uploading of pics!!! I thought like other places, my thumbnail would be generated from my original by the computers there.... so I would give a name for the thumbnail.....but I didn't create it and direct for it to be up loaded.......SLAP!.....sound of hand hitting forehead! Now how do you connect pictures from the gallery to here???? |

Morph ideas.
1. The squared changes everything except the mouth.
2. Superman Chest Piece Morph (well, why not? You have Batman).
3. A GL chest piece morph.
4. Maybe look at the different versions of the Iron Man armor and see if you can include as many morphs based off of those pictures as you can. |

I'll work on the no mouth stuff.
Superman is already kind of covered with the pentagon. You'll need to make a texture map for the Glowing part and scale it. There's just not enough geometry to do more.
A Lantern might be interesting. Like he was some how infused with a battery.
Here's a little WIP of a completely new mesh. |

Aye, I'll have to rephrase my #1 wishlist.
The Squared Head Morph. It'd be nice if it stayed but didn't change the mouth piece.
The WIP looks great so far, keep it up. |

Got a question for the beta's. I'm working on Mat poses, and textures for the figure.
I went a little nutz with the materials as you see, even though I really can't think how else I could have done them. The down side is without Mat poses it's a bear to load up textures with. The plus side is that WITH Mat poses, I can only apply textures to Materials I want.
So here is what I'm thinking. Instead of detailing the maps like a mad man, and having them run across lines like a 6 year old's coloring book, I'm going to create a bunch of simple single color maps in primary colors, and 2 sets of Mat poses for each color.
One group of Mat poses will set the color for Outer and Inner materials. The second set would only change the color of the Inner materials. This would let you quickly change colors and still be able to choose almost any combo.
If you guys could play around with texture mapping and let me know what kind of stuff you would like done with it, that would be cool too. |

| It's too late to get myself into the beta testers? I have three computers, all of them with the last version of DS installed, one with Poser 5 and other with Poser 6. |

Does Poser4 Pro Pack not know how to handle PNG files?
Also... any tips on getting Plain Ol' P4 working under XP SR2? |

Pro Pack handles PNG files just fine for me. But
I am running Vista on my system. Had plain P4 working on it as well. _________________ Regere Sanguine Regere In Veritatem Est. |

Oh... I'm So sorry. (I HATE Vista.)
I can't find my original disks for P4 and PP. I copied them off a backup disk I made, and I did a lot weird things by stripping the runtimes of stuff back then.
Maybe I lost the graphic translators. |

I'm waiting for the WINE project to hit 1.0, then I should able to switch to Ubuntu and never look back.
I already use Inkscape and GIMP instead of their Adobe counterparts 90% of the time. |

GIMP & Inkscape are coming along nicely. Not sure if I left it in the ZIP file, but Amazing Armor's original textures are SVG files from Inkscape.
I used to LOVE Illustrator before I got fed up with Adobe.
99% of the modeling for Amazing Armor is done. What I'm doing now is the drudgery of CR2 editing for the dozens of MAT files and Poses to make it easy to work with.
Sadly... this stuff is NO FUN for me. It's more like home work.
So... when it's time goof off and avoid my home work...
THIS
is what I do!
Completely new mesh and no UV maps yet. |
