Not sure if they had his permission to re-distribute or not, but Kreatybo's Spidey texture along with a new conforming mask prop are available here...

I know several people, including myself have attempted to email Sharby to obtain his mask, but he seems to be not answering anyone at this time. This is a great alternative for those Spiderman renders. Again I am not sure about persmissions to re-distribute, but there it is.
