I saw my DAZ Newsletter today and found out that due to a problem with their server/database,/whatever, they are allowing free Platinum Club-like access to everyone.
So I'm downloading the alpha of Daz Studio right now.

Everybody has been granted a 30day trial period to the Platinum Club and that does include the current Alpha version of Daz Studio. Just a warning to everyone, it's not REALLY a 30-day free trial. If you activated it on the first day offered (yesterday) it is, but regardless of when you activate, the PC membership expires on Feb.21 unless you renew. _________________ Jim Harnock - ODS

I'm curious, did either of you download the latest Alpha of Daz Studio?
If so, have you had a chance to tinker within yet? I know it's very early days, but... hehe did it behave and play well at your house? What if any thoughts did you get on it? be they positive or otherwise, don't hold back! Any feedback for the masses would be greatly appreciated
