I have been trying and losing my hair trying to make a decent black leather suit for nightwing and ARRRRRRRRRRRGH...pant pant pant........Ok, I am cool...........Could some one please try his hand at telling me how to create a good looking suit for someone like Nightwing where the color is black with blue?

in my opinion it's not necessarily the color of the suit, but the bump, highlight color and lighting that give it a good leathery feel

if you download any of Sturkwurks older files, or pretty much any of mine, he made a nice base bump (all gray and noisy), throw in a nice highlight color that isn't too bright, maybe add a very minimul silvery reflection map to it if you really want to, some nice dramatic lighting to really show it off, and it should look pretty good for you
