I'm doing my next X-Men Gender Bender image, a male version of Mystique, and I need a name for it.
I've tried with all the previous images not to use names like "Icewoman" (too DC comics, which I read but still don't like some of the names ), trying not to use names that belongs to another character whatever the company, or when the names are both usable for male and female characters.
For now, the working name is Enigma, but I'm afraid is too much alike Edward Nygma. I also though of Mystic, but I think there is a character named that way, and on the other hands, sound too much like Mystique.
I accept suggestions. I also accept suggestions (both name and overall concept for the gender bending) for some other characters I'm working on:
Shadowcat (this one I have no idea how to tranlaste her into a man)
Apocalypse (Someone suggested Ragnarok or oblivion, I think I'll choose between those too)
Angel (or Archangel, I need a new name)
Bishop (it's already done, I only lacks the name, I was thinking in Queen, but it's too femenine for the a character )
Longshot (like Shadowcat, no idea what to do with him)
Dazzler (A Ricky Martin lookalike perhaps? )
Beast (this one I'm completly lost with... don't know where to begin)
Lilandra & Professor X (I have the idea, need the names)
