Contest is closed; judging will begin soon

I just wanted everyone to know that I'll be in touch with the other judges soon so we can begin the long, arduous process of flipping a coin, er, I mean, carefully judging the entries for this month's contest. With luck, we should be able to post the winners in two weeks.

I want to thank all the entrants who made the contest so much fun. I know everyone is eager to find out who won, but please give the judges some time to consider all 170+ entries. If conditions change and we have to delay judging for some reason, I will post that information in this thread.

While I think we can safely say there will be another contest, it most likely won't be until later in the fall. I think having 3 or 4 BIG contests a year is better than lots of smaller ones with smaller prizes. Not to worry, though, we'll keep everyone posted on when the next contest is coming.

Now there is an interesting contest idea. . . by general poll one of the Animotions regulars is chosen and everyone makes them into a hero/heroine. That would rock.
