As you may know im very new to making my own poser figures. I was really wanting to get doug's spidey costume, but reolized i needed to buy mike 3. I was wondering which one to get (mike 3 base?). If you know please give me a private message _________________ Scott N.

I believe Doug's Spidey is based on David, not Mike3. Either way, you're looking at a substantial outlay if you want the full functionality of M3 or David. The "base" figures come with only five or six morphs -- you need to head and body morph packs to change the figure much beyond its "out of the box" state. _________________ Jim Harnock - ODS

You're really going to need both. Without the body morph pack, you won't have the morph to change the toes into "Socks" or the fingures into "Gloves".
If you're ONLY interested in Spidey, and nothing else, you may want to check out David. His frame is far more Spidey like. But your in the same morph pack boat that way.
If you really want cheap, I'm pretty sure there are some Dork Spidey Textures in free stuff, or go with Reduced Res Mike 1.0 or 2.0.
RRMike1 is frequently given away in issues of Computer Artist magazine and he takes Mike1 and 2 Textures.
