hey y'all!
Just had to share.
I just purchased my new Macintosh - iMac G5 20" machine.
2gb Ram - 250Gb hard drive - Bluetooth wireless enabled, with wireless keyboard, mouse and Airport Extreme for wireless high speed internet access (Finally...no more wires everywhere).
So after two weeks of being without a monitor for my other Macintosh, and not being able to role out any new images or characters for two whole frikkin' weeks, by tomorrow night, I will be rolling 'em out.
For those that have heard my rants about Poser 5 running on a G4 tower, loaded, and how it was taking up to an hour to launch the damn program, I will let you know how this puppy works.
Ok...had to share with someone. =) |

| The Acme Corporation markets all the computers for Mac up there. Buy a computer, and they throw in the Burmese Tiger Trap for free. |

What? Nothing shiny to distract you this time? lol.
If you ask those that know me at work, it was only two years ago that I began to "respect" the PC (uggggg), even though I live and breath Apple.
But before that, I wouldnt even touch one. When I started working in my job, it was all PC based. I went and bought my own Mac just for the office cause I wouldnt touch their crap.
Luckilly, Senator Palpatine and the Dark Side, I slowly took over the whole team, and slowly brought Apple into our World =).
Long live the Sith...Long live the Mac! _________________ =============================

Not totally surrounded by PC people I am a Mac user as well. I just don't like the PC and, fortunately, I don't have to deal with it at all. Well except when I get files that don't work right because they are PC things Postscript fonts people .. geesh |

Smartass again arw we lol.
Actually, everything is great. But taking longer to transfer 350Gigs of data from one machine to the other. uggg.
But I tested out poser already....WOW. What a difference. Even my dual processor 500Mhz machine did compare.
Having a canvas in Poser that was 500 by 500 was tough...not I have one that is 1000 1000...And still a ton of work space left.
The app sings...so does Photoshop.
Final Cut Express, Motion Lab and DVD Studio Pro run like butter on the hood of a car.
So after I finish drooling, then I will post =) _________________ =============================
