Store Question

I uploaded a product for the two stores almost 20 days ago and I haven't heard a thing.

Is there a good person to contact to find out the status of that product?

Noel,

We just found your files. In the future, please name them as outlined in our merchant guidelines. (We're going to be automatically failing improperly named files)

It's hard for us to know who a file named Jessi_eyes.zip belongs to among all the other files.

That is unfortunate.

I was contacted about that very issue a few days after I uploaded the files, and was told that I didn't need to reupload the files just to make sure in the future they were named right.

I'm not too concerned about it, but I will send you a copy of the e-mail to make sure there isn't any further confusion on it all

Got it. Sorry about that. They're passed and up now.

Don't know what happened on that for certain, but I'm going to eat the blame and say it was my fault - because it is my responsibility. ;]
