Did Animotions just violate their own TOS?

The most recent e-mail I got from Animotions features Greyson5's Cut, Battered & Bleeding kit as the main image with a clothed woman. However, the thumbnail itself shows the same woman sans clothing! I have nothing against nudity, I just thought it ironic that this would be sent to everyone, when nudity is not allowed in galleries or forums, let alone thumbnails.

No. We didn't voilate it. We took it to dinner, bought it candy and flowers, and plyed it with liquour first.
