exactly i have a problem when i use mimic on character in poser.When I play the animation, the voice is faster then animation, i don't know where is the problem.

Poser does not play animations in real time.
That means it is not running at the same frame rate as the audio was recorded at, usually between a third to a quarter the speed. If you recorded say audio for 3 seconds, and are making a full motion animation at 30 frames per second, that means the animation will play at 7-12 frames per second. This is something with Poser that wont change. Rare that previews for animations run at full speed.
My recomendation is to always do a test render. You can set it to the lowest aniamtion quality, at 30 FPS, grayscale, no anti-aliasing - This will make a quick movie render to see how things go. I have been able to render 30 seconds of footage in this manner in under a minute.
Lastly - Keep in mind - You are looking at Animation/Film. I personally never use the same audio in the file, as the audio should be linked up in an Editing program with the footage. This will give you cripser, cleaner look when you synch the audio up with the video.
