The art of Boris Vallejo and Frank Frazetta impressed my very much. Their imagination brought animals, creatures and subjects to life. I was lucky enough to get Book 1-5 collection of Frazetta and one art book titled The Fantastic Art of Boris Vallejo. The edges on some of the pages are slightly worn from fingering them often.
Roger Dean, famed album covers for the rock band "YES" is another artist who went beyond the norms of fantasy art. Plus Peter Jones who was into sci-fi art and Chris Achilleos who did some interesting fantasy/surreal pinup art.
