All you have to do is have a membership (which you may already have*) and, after logging in through the nice, friendly 'Log In' link up top, click the 'Subscribe' link on the right hand navigation menu and get a subscription.

Just click on the big 'Stuff' link at the top of the page and look through the subscription content. As long as you're logged in, you can download the freebies, and if you find a subscription item you'd like, if you are subscribed there'll be a download button, and if not there'll be a 'Join Now' button which will take you right to the subscription page.
