I'm thinking about getting it, but I was wondering if anyone had it yet and what their thoughts were on it. Is it a figure or a prop? Are the walls easy to turn on and off (so they don't get in the way of the camera), hows the texturing and is it easy to substitute your own, how does it do with system resources, overall impressions, is it worth $15, etc?

It is a figure. It's fully mapped, so changing textures should be simple. It is modular, so you can change the configuration and all parts can be hidden.
