I've seen a couple of pictures of this guy in the galleries, but where can I get his figure from? Have I missed a download somewhere, or is someone keeping him to themselves?

I haven't looked, so I don't know who made the images you mentioned. Maybe send him/her a private message? Or you can add a comment to the picture and ask if the figure will be made publicly available.

I believe I have seen the download for it somewhere, so it should be available, but Billy Bob is right. Sending a PM or mail to the creator would be the festest way to find out.
