How about something with a couple of theme ideas? The one I've had for a long time is "Superheroes in a rock band", or string quartet, or what-have-you. In the comics themselves, some obscure Superman issue had a story with folks trying to figure out the one thing that Earthlings could do that Kryptonians couldn't; I recall an image of The Big Red "S" playing all the instruments in some orchestral piece. Also, there actually was a band down in San Jose about ten years ago calling themselves "The San Francisco X-Men", though they didn't even bother with 'proper' uniforms; IIRC, it was all fringed denim and leather, and their music didn't make much of an impression on me. Still, I keep getting these images of Wolverine pluckin' away on a bass guitar, or Beast working a fifty-piece drum kit with those hands and feet, or something similar.
In any event, it might be interesting to show the characters in what is arguably the most unlikely circumstances in comics: entertaining.
Green Arrow on a fiddle?
Gambit on saxophone?
Plastic Man shape-shifted into an accordion?
Sunfire on a koto or shakuhachi?

Bonus challenge: for characters who come from unusual backgrounds, design one or more musical instruments for them.
Atlantean (Aquaman or Namor)
Shi'Ar
Kryptonian
Kree
Cybertronian (Transformers)
Kloo horn (Star Wars)
Vulcan Harp (Star Trek)

To quote Za'thras: "Much apologizings."

I don't manage to visit the forums as often as I suppose I should; where is the 'right spot'?

Thanks.
