Not tetchy, just stressed. Doesn't look like I'm going to get Skyhawke 4 or my Conan challenge entry done before thursday when I leave to head over to the biggest geek-fest in the south, Dragon*Con.
It's kind of good/bad stress. _________________ "Flash, quit heckling the supervillain!" - Green Lantern

| Sadly, I will be missing this year's DragonCon — the first time in a few years. It is on the same weekend as a work thing in Orlando. That looks like I will be drinving into a Hurricane. So it doesn't seem like a good trade for me. |

You want The List?
You couldn't HANDLE "The List"!
Actually, not much that doing a full scale de-twitifying of the Internet couldn't cure. Life is good at the moment. But if'n you'd asked me *last* week... oi!

Oh... but if you could manage to figure out how to get me 36 hour days rather than these puny short 24 hour ones... I'd be ever so grateful. _________________ "I'd add a legitimate comment here, but that would mean reading everything, which I have no patience for." - Slynky

Hey Big Bear - Just do like me - Add 6 more numerals onto your clock. When people tell me Im late, I just point to my clock and say "Hell, no...Im early".
And sorry to hear about the snafu that has plagued the cc system with 'Rotica. I got the email, and boy, was I shocked.

well lets see, i went from being the manager of one department with 3 employees to now four departments with about 20, no scratch that, five, forgot they gave me maintenance as well, oh yeah i'm now also the head for the safety committee, and will probably have to go to Chicago for a trade show, then up to Wisconsin to see our parent company, i think that's it, no wait that's right i also have to get the parking lot repaired, get overhangs/bumpers for the dock doors installed, get a supply "cage" built, the roof repaired, work on quotes for 4 new lease trucks, do a cost analysis on 4 different paper recycling companies to see who will the best for us, finding a new vendor for cleaning supplies/toilet paper, and...and...and..... |

Ahhh ...
My back is broad.
Sounds like you've all got some serious temporal quart out of a pint pot problems there.
Do as my Ma does and say: "I've got so much work to do I 'm going back to bed."
Sorry to be so tardy in replying but I think Palmers has kidnapped my ebots - I haven't had any notifications on this thread. |
