Having another Geek out: Titans, Outsiders = Legion

Yes, I know I've been geeking out loud lately, sorry but had this idea and there aren't too many 30 something Comic fans in the Marine Corps so you all get to suffer because I'm stationed in Japan and have to mail order my comics vice going to the comic store every Wednesday and talking up with my fellow geeks. Oh yeah OT: someone give me the deal on Batman's son, I'm two weeks behind (freakin' mail system).

Anyway now for the geek moment:

DC's younger heroes are captured by an Alien race who wants to do testing on them (metagene....you fill in that blank). The older heroes rush in to save them, Aliens try to engage their teleportation drive (insert some hero messes up) and although most are saved some end of up blown up.

Not really the ships navigation thingy is messed up and they end up on Earth 2 (Yes the Crime Syndicate Earth 2).

The younger heroes and there now would be captives are stranded and their attempts to get parts to repair the ship are thrawted by the the Crime Syndicate (the laws of that universe and all).
So they fabricate suits (yes they don't have parts for repair but can make these suits) that negate the Earth 2 jinx, get the parts and find out that they actually went back a year in time as well as shifted dimensions. So they decide to stay in Earth 2 universe and set things right. Someone suggest they take the name Justice League but someone else (Bart) suggest the Legion of Superheroes. Each modifies their costumes a bit get the legion "L" placed on it somewhere (belt for example) and for a year set things straight on Earth 2.

Members are

Nightwing; his costume more like Batman full faced mask similar to Shadowhawk

Thunder: of the Outsiders

The Flash: Bart Allen

Wondergirl: more Wonder Woman looking costume

Shift : yes Shift not Metamorpho under the name Element (he looks human on Earth 3)

Stargirl

Conner Hawke as the Arrow

Firestorm (Martin Stein in control, Jason incapacitated by Earth 2 and the Firestorm is the elmental one)

Osiris (if he isn't dead or completey bad by the end of 52)

Terra (yeah Tara)

Sensor Lad: mysterios being costume reminscent of Sensor girl full face no hair showing, strength, speed, SUPER hearing, SUPER vision

Mary Marvel : as Capt Marvel, her attitude is really scrappy now since she's been in a coma for awhile

Ion : with his power being cut down to only force fields, force beams and flight due to Earth 2's nature

Jakeem Thunder as Static, he and his thunderbolt have merged into something completey different because ...yup you guessed it Earth 2's nature

Gar Logan as Forest, ok I hope you got the whole thing with Earth 2's nature thing because Gar would Look a lot like Timber Wolf (from the new show which is the 90's badass Timberwolf) but instead he'd be green, stuck in mid transition for the whole duration

Kid Devil as Wildfire (Earth 2 gives him a more human lookng form that can still breathe fire and have super hot skin but can also look completely normal for a few hours a day)

and last but not least Halo

6 issue mini series some heroes want to stay when the year is up. More importantly,long lasting effects on the DCU well now we know how Ultraman got to Kandor and....

Static! Yes, never liked the Milestone version but the cartoon version is so sweet Staic need to come to the DCU, plus the whole Thunderbolt thing sucks anyway.

The newest Flash gets some much needed experiance!

Shift stays on Earth 2

Wondergirl gets a real costume, I'm tired of the jeans thing

Conner stays behind

Mary Marvel discovers that going back means her powers are gone and most likely will be in a coma again...she stays behind

Gar Logan now has a good hybrid form he will use as his "ready" position making him less vunerable than he is when he is walking around the battle field as Kermit the green guy.

Kid Devil goes back to Earth, yeah he wants to stay because he can look human but he misses his friends more

Halo dies and her powers are transferred to an Earth 2 resident who becomes Spectrum (a guy)

Stargirl matures a bit and during the year her staff is broken and the cosmic energy gives her similar powers on Earth 2 but back on Earth one her powers are now like those of Light Lass and Star boy of the Legion of Super heroes

Sensor is revealed to be a clone of both Earth 2's UltraMan and Lex Luthor, at some time in the past Ultra boy turns on Ultra Man, UltraMan beat the boy so badly that the child was in a permanent coma, Luthor kept the body alive out of desperation, during the crisis Luthor tried to save our Superboy by switching bodies...it didn't work. Sensor believes himself to be Ultraboy with Conner's memory because of this. (issue 3) Wonder girl accepts this but can't help having feelings for him and offers him a home with the Titans on our Earth. Epilogue to the series would be the the Teen Titans welcoming their newest member Ultra Boy, but Raven tells everyone that she has seen Conner's soul (remember?) and the soul inhabiting the body is that of Conner Kent. Conner smiles and says well I guess that means no Ultra Boy, Robin says so back to Super Boy, Conner says no...Superion.

I had an issue by issue break down of this and wanted 12 but 6 on a bi weekly schedule should be able to not interfere with the other books.

Now go hurry tell DC they gotta do this!
