hi ionisys,
this forum thread is a good idea - ratteler did the same thing for its AA armor and it work just fine.
I just began to play a little with your mesh in DS. I don't see any default for the moment but I just try the pose you give with it.
I'll try to send you my feedback next week.
Regards. |

thx Alf
hope to have many post about how to improve the figure and the package
btw i haven't tried the package out in DS.
So any problems in DS will have to wait or you could try solve it yourself.
But i think when it works in poser...it should work in DS also |

i discovered that the fingers were out of sync
with V4 when conforming the suite.
my own fault,i was playing with the suite and mezmorized it and forgot to dial the fingers back to zero.
so for if someone wants an updated file...contact me.
or you can dial the fingers back to zero yourself and re-mezmorize it and save it again as a character. |

the problems Christian22179 stated....
concerning the white spots are solved
i updated the texture of the torso
there's even an update for the character ( cr2 file )
the white spot beneath the spider body was in fact a hole in the mesh, when bending the abdemen the hole became bigger and bigger.
So these problems were fixed.
Not the pokethroughs!!!
thx Christian22179...for your first reply
ppl who wants to get updated

Well, first thing to note is to use the "Magetize to V4"
That zapped a lot of pokethrough I had went trying different poses.
I did get a bit of a issue at the feet. Perhaps a joint parameter is off or a stray vertex, because I get a little "claw" in the feet in the toes area.
More to come.... |

i did fix the puckers in the mesh,Skurge was talking about.
the probs with the toes were indeed raising the falloffs of the toes.
But i discovered another prob with the feet.Fixing it right now
Thursday i will release a new Multi Suite Package with the updated files and some new morphs for the mask and the forearms for Bat-suite.
i'll make shure that all the probs will be solved by that time. |

Hi ionisys,
here is my feedback on your multisuit.
I find that your mesh is quite heavy (more than 100 000 poly) so it my take a long time to make a good render on my poor old P4 1GHz ...sigh.
Otherwise its a incredibly good mesh - easy to pose which dont need V4 to work - A great job I would like to have your talent.
Now the problems i found (I saw in the thread that I might be late on most of them...)
I tried to list them :
1- Holes in the mesh
It seems that you still have some few hole or unwelded poly in your mesh at different places.
I found them on both feets.
2- Mesh deformations
You have some mesh deformation at different places : under the feet (I think it is the same thing dlfurman talk about), on the thight, between the thight and the hip, around the neck, between the fingers and inside the hip (I know... nobody should look at this place but everybody does ! ) and between the collar and shoulder.
Here you have some examples of that i am talking about (I made some other screenshot and I can send them to you if you need them - I also have the parameter on these image)
3- Mesh shape
In some part the mesh took a strange flat shape then you use extreme poses : at the rear of the head, on the thigh, the forearm and the inner collar.
4- Texture issue
I haven't test the texture for the moment. I also find that the displacement map didn't load in DazStudio 2.2. but it work fine if you laod it manually.
5- Pokethrought
I also saw some pokethrought at the thigh and shoulder but for me it is not a major issue since I alway hide the body of the figure when I use a catsuit.
Regards. |

thx alf for your post
the holes in the mesh and the probs with the feet are solved
like the feet you were talking about.
i discovered this myself yesterday.
but there could be more fine-tuning on the legs and head.
i agree with that.
so you got me to work again.
but not today.
it's me time today.
so i take a look at that tomorrow or friday.
in the meantime i still realease the new Beta-package.
with many fixes and added morphs.
the fine tuning of the head and legs will be for next beta release
i hope i can manage to fine tune the hips. |

okay i took a look at the hips part...
i think i have to regroup the parts of the hip and upperlegs.
so this fix could take some days.
well better to have a fine tuned mesh then a crippled cross hahaha.
to make it easy i name next update : MultiSuite beta 2
the package with the fixed cross/legs : Multi Suite beta 3 |

at this point
i'm a bit resmoothing my original mesh
to make it as smooth as possible.
i'll re-rig the mesh again because i also need to regroup the body.
so where to start than from the beginning?
this is planned for beta 3 update.
there are too many fixes in the recent cr2 file |

i am taking a break for a few days
waiting for a proggie that should help me
with automated rigging for poser.
cause i'm still struggling with that crotch
never saw the innerthighs of a model that much as in the last week.
you think i have a crush on croshes? lol hahaha
or is there some1 that could help me with rigging that crotch?
if not i just have to wait for my proggie and hope it helps. |
