is there a chance to update the links that are not dead?? I find it rather frustrating when I click a link to download ( the cerebus link to name one ) and its dead..

Amen to that. I'm just visiting the site after a long absence and am finding the forums seem rather dead and many of download links are broken. _________________ Well I used to be disgusted. Now I try to be amused.

Unfortunately, Iron-bear controlled the majority of the site itself, and he has been gone for over a year now. Not sure whatever became of him - Hoping he's alive and well.
Diane has been too busy with Renderotica, which makes money, compared to here, unfortunately.
So those that remain, myself included, do not have access to modify the freebie links. Would be nice to be able to remove them, but we can't - alas, all we can do is moderate certain forums, and handle improper image postings.
For broken links, feel free to send Diane a message - she might pop in and fix them, or remove them, or ignore it all together.

Nice to be back and thanks. This site is still one of a kind. I'm sure Diane could easily find a qualified dev and comics geek to step up to the plate.
I wondered about the tha Bear's absence looking at the dates of posts. so, he just up and disappeared with no word at all? That doesn't sound good.

Last I spoke to him, he was in the process of moving, hek, I think that was early 2007 - was having problems getting high speed internet, stuck on dial up.
Popped in occasionally - But then, just gone. Diane hasn't even heard from him. _________________ =============================
