About mjbWorld Program

Both the Java and .NET versions of this program run on your local computer,
so once you have downloaded, them you do not need a connection to the network/server.

You only need to load one zip or msi file containing mjbWorld program, although
you may possibly need to update the Java Virtual Machine or .NET extensions
from Sun/Microsoft depending on what version you are currently running.

To Load follow the following steps:

  1. Choose the version you want to run using the tables below as a guide.

  2. Goto
    this page
and click on your choice to upload it.

  3. Unzip the file you downloaded and run it as explained for the version you
    are using here
    (Java + JOGL version), (Java
+ Java3D version), (Linux version), (.NET
version). Or if you have chosen the .msi version, double click on it to
    install.

I would really appreciate and help to improve this program, such as bug reports,
ideas for improvements, corrections etc. (or even better changes to the source
code). Please enter your reports/comments here.

Java Version

packaged for windows packaged for Linux
mjbWorld_jogl_runtime_521.zip mjbWorld_jogl_runtime_521.tar.gz Click on this version for the full program.
mjbWorld_jogl_runtime_bsh_521

This is the same as the program above, but it includes scripting, so
the download is slightly bigger.

mjbWorld_jogl_runtime_jpython_521

Load this version only if you need JPython scripting (because the download
is twice as big). To get information about JPython goto http://www.jpython.org/

.NET version

For Windows XP,2000,NT4,ME,98
mjbWorld_cs_ogl_runtime_521.msi

This is a Windows only version of the program, it is distributed as a
.msi (Microsoft Installer) file. Download that file and then double click
on it to install the program.
