Good news Bad News

Well first off I want to thank everyone for the continued support of the Egyptian Triad website/comic book. In a very short time it has gotten more attention and recognition than i had imagined...culminating with an upcoming case study about yours truly in an upcoming CURIOUS LABS newsletter thanks to a wonderful meeting with some people at SIGGRAPH 2004.
Now comes the part where we have a little bit of bad news good news. The bad news is, as hefty as my updates are, for the next few months I won't be able to make my 30 day deadlines, probably adding another week onto production time. And you're probably asking yourself why. Well that my good friends is what brings me to the GOOD news. And I hope you're all sitting down for this one...oh wait, you're at a pc of course you're sitting down. Drum roll please...........A script has just been completed for the first 30 minute Egyptian Triad CGI DVD featuring none other than our favorite Immmortal.....Saqqara. That's right, production has begun on the first in a series of animated short movies showcasing various characters from the Triad Universe. So while it may take a little while longer to pump out my issues....rest assured that in the background progress is being made and in about 6 months time there will be a Triad DVD available for all of you who have supported me. Oh, yea, keep an eye on the gallery of my website as that's where pictures of the series will be posted as production continues. Thanks again one and all and I will see you soon.
