| I just wanted to say that I'm still looking for an artist to partner up with to do a gay male romance in one of the following genres: fantasy, science fiction, or a combination of the two. I have some finished and near-finished scripts available or would be willing to write a new one incoporating an artist's ideas and interests. |

| sunandshadow, you might want to pop over to Renderotica and let people know over there about your idea. |

Oh I did, a week or two ago I put a big artist-wanted notification in the art forum over there. |

Sun... please check out that link.
A quick summery is... asking for general artist help isn't really going to work. We need some details about what you're trying to do.
As an commercial artist, I don't care what the content is. So I would have no morale trouble visualizing anything you write.
But you're kind of coming at things backwards. (Oh god... what a pun there. )
Given the nature of self publishing, you really have to get the artist excited about your idea, and the only way to do that is to reveal some of where you're going with the story.
Think of it like the movies. No one agree's to do a movie part without reading the script first. Same thing here. I don't know if I want to work on your project until I know some of what I'm working on.

Thank you for trying to help, but I'm not a noob, I know all this; I wrote a very detailed help-wanted ad and posted it over at 'Rotica because the population of artists there is more likely to do what I want to do.

This little post (which was supposed to go in the match-makingtopic, but I keep hitting the post button instead of the reply button becausetheir placement is backwards from gamedev.net the forum I usually hang out at...)was just to notify people that I haven't found a partner or forgotten about the idea yet. |

Ok. I wasn't talking specifically to YOU. This was kind of overstated for any one else who might be reading this thread because it showed up in "Veiw Posts since last visit."
Sorry if my virtual "tone" came off as harsh.
I'll go check the R'otica link. |

Sorry, sunandshadow. I'd love to do SF, but I wouldn't want to do gay. It's not a moral problem, it's just not to my taste.
(edited. I wrote Ratteler instead of sunandshadow. Bugger. Oh, I don't mean bugger. Oh, damn.) |

That's ok, you don't have to apologize for your tastes, I'd say exactly the same thing if somebody asked me to write horror or something. |

Hi!
I have read your message here at a forum
And I only wished to learn, whether have you found the artist for creation of good looking graphic gay erotic stories?
Did your idea turn out well?
I am interested in graphic gay stories (for pay) and would like to know more.. |
