What characters would you like to SEE...

You might not need it for Zbrush...Im just giving an exaple using Anim8or, which does require it. When you export from oser, the OBJ file is linkedto an .MTL file. When you re-export it from UVMapper, it creates a stand alone OBJ file.
Why? I dont know...I just know that Anim8or requires such an OBJ file.

Actually Jeff, just delete the MTL file and AniMator can do just fine with the Poser-exported OBJ.

Thansk for the tip...I always followed the tutorial that was posted years ago about it. Even tried it once, long ago, and it didnt work for me. Guess it was the version at the time I was using.
Good to know we can skip that step then.

Well if he was modifying the materials I'd understand that step but the question was about making morph targets which don't affect the materials in any way whatsoever. In anycase, I was just curious as to why that step was required. :oops:

I guess it's not.

PS - Zbrush is pricey and does major wow things. I've never tried Anim8tor. Is it easy to use? I certainly wouldn't reccommend anyone rush out and pay for Zbrush just for morph targets but if you want a modeling system that's like playing with clay, well then, invest in Zbrush.

I don't mind the extra step since i am just learning how to do morphs and some minor prop modeling.
In the spring i will be taking a computer modeling /animation class. I will buy lightwave sometime before then so i can practice what i learn at home. (student pricing rocks) till then i have drawing 1 and design 1 to learn the basics.

Bring back Zatanna, PLEASE! Also, I would like to see Star Sapphire, either in her origonal pink bodysuit or the black one form the Justice League cartoon. I attempted the latter as a texture for a Vickie catsuit, but it didn't come out good enough to post. I would have needed those flared-cuff "gauntlett" style gloves anyway.

I would love to see a Witchblade done as well, but the props needed would be too much. Wrymaster did one for posette a few years back maybe you can move over the props to Vicky or Steph. Predator2K did an awesome M2 version of Darkness if you have texture converter you can do it that way.
