I uploaded a product for both the animotions store and renderotica and realized I can't seem to find anywhere that tells me any type of status on the upload.
As a fellow merchant I can tell you that no, there isn't a way to find out where you are in the process until your product is released. Even then, you only know it's been released if you check the store and see it there -- maybe I'm just not getting the emails, but I've never received any notification of any kind in regards to my products. _________________ Jim Harnock - ODS

No, I'm afraid we don't have an auto-Ebot on those, and the *ahem* Store Admin's unauto-ebotter is prone to major lapses of memory on sending out emails on approvals and updates. ;]
I can try harder. ;]
Rule of thumb: I do main updates on Wednesday and Saturday of every week. If we have a lot of items trickling through I'll continue the update into Thursday and Sunday. ["Lot of" is subjective depending on how fast I stay caught up and wether they keep trickling in as I do them]
If you don't get a "Failed: this and this needs to be fixed for retesting" mail from Terri on your items, then that means it's passed, and it will be up within one week to ten days maximum of when you submitted it - ie: on one of the Wednesdays or Saturdays within that week-10 day period.
Usually uploaded with anywhere from 1-12+ other items that have passed by that upload day.
I can *always* be reached at ironbear@direcway.com or by PM at here, Renderotica, Poserpros, or XFX-3D if you want to ask me ahead of time what the status is.
I don't always check PM's at Renderosity, and any ebots from mail/PM's at 3D Commune hit my spam filter, so those aren't good places to grab my attention in any kind of hurry. ;] _________________ "I'd add a legitimate comment here, but that would mean reading everything, which I have no patience for." - Slynky
