Store Purchases

I just got an email from someone who said they'd purchased both of my pose sets from here....but I was never informed a sale had been made. Is this the typical procedure?? I'm wondering how many more sales I've made and haven't been notified of...both here and at Renderotica.

It seems strange not to notify a vendor when they've made a sale. What's the deal???

There aren't any sales notifications with the current store software. There may be some with the new software they're working on implementing, but for now you have to log in to your vendor account to track sales.

I am logged in and can't see anywhere to find that info...I looked before I wrote this :-)

No, your vendor account has a different log-in than the "regular," forum-and-gallery account. When you first became a merchant, you should have received an email with the vendor id and password as well as the link for where to log in to see your sales reports. If you don't have that, you need to contact Diane or Ironbear.
