Doing some Freak based figures

I am doing some Freak-based figures for something and I am wondering about who would be good to use as inspiration from Comics. I am not looking to do a Freak-sized Batman or anything but just true Freaks like the Incredible Hulk, Soloman Grundy, etc. The problem is that I am running out of brain cells these days and can't think of that many people. Any ideas? Thanks

do you have any of the Marvel/DC "encyclopedias"???, they come in handy at times, local library generally will have them, at least for me they did

I have a few of the older who's who in the Marvel Universe but they are from the 80s .. I have also picked up a number of the new things that they are putting out for the various characters but I am jsut looking for some more ideas. I am mostly looking for more human ones right now but any of the ideas are good. There was one that was in the New Avengers that would have worked but I can't remember his name. Maybe a member of the Wrecking Crew? Or something like that. I was sort of thinking Sandman might work but the Freak is a bit too much for him.

My libraries around here stink. They have nothing much in the way of comics or art etc.

I know what you mean about free time i am hoping to have a little during spring break.Maybe you could also get some help with the figures or even turn it into a contest.
