In all honesty, if you haven't got the time to read a reply that isn't really all that long and where someone is actually trying to help you out, then trying to learn any 3D software probably isn't for you.
All 3D packages come with very large and detailed manuals and they take months of hard trial and error to even start to learn how to use them effectively. To get the best out of them takes years. None of them are really easy, but you can learn with time and a lot of patience.
As was said before, if you really want to do 3D work like we do here, and you want to do it for free, you must get either a demo copy of Poser by Curious Labs or DAZ|Studio by DAZ.
