Speaking of said Liss, it was hinted that I wasn't doing nearly enough renders of her, and not making enough contributions here while I've been away working...

So I managed to knock out two birds with one advertisement, over in the Original Comics Gallery area. Feel free to take a look, if you deem that within your normal viewing leisure.

While we're talking advertisements, JJE, that is a sweet banner. I was always a sucker for the visual appeal of older cars, even if I was never big into tricking them out or working on them. Don't think we won't be taking advantage of Plan-it 3D's models.

And no, I haven't fallen off the face of the earth yet.... but that huge waterfall sound seems to get closer every day. ^_^

Actualy it isn't an ad. Just "yet another frame" from HCK:SoE. It's just that P3D updated just as I was using on of his models so I thought wot the heck.

Too bad it's so small. Fans of Nicky would see there's something wrong with her face.

Danke, JJE! Hope y'all liked it, even if it was a 'fluff' piece.

I've been so stuck on scripts and writing that I needed some time off just to do something for fun... And plus, I felt a little bad that I hadn't been participating here as much as I should be.

But the news otherwise is good at DAP Central. I've had to do some minor reworks at the web page, and we've gone through some editorial shuffling, but so far, everything seems to have not blown up in our faces. ^_^ We're plugging right along, and even though we had to severely push back our initial release date (or suffer stress attacks, chewing one another out for no reason, and lots of backbiting, along with substandard product), we're actually pretty confident that we'll really be making something special when all is said and done.

How's everything on your front?

Les see...
I've totally run out of money.
Still working every waking hour on the silly book.
May have found a PT job whoring myself out doing DTP.
Have got the first "samples" submission almost ready to print. Which means 5 pages actuall exist in real time and space. (whataconcept!)
I've got someone working on the synopsis and bio and another person on the submission letter. And we've had meetings on who (in their right mind) would actually conceive of printing this mess.
As I write the final image of page 165 is rendering (a hot little "Kelly & Nicky get ready for bed" scene)
The final page count will be around 225 and assembling the samples has shown me that, once everything is rendered, that assembling pages and flowing text will take an additional 2 months thereabouts.

So that's why I say March of 04.
