I got it i had to copy the files off the cd on one system and then load it from the harddrive.
Is there any way to get the content cd that came with poser5 without buying poser 5. My friend has that and it came with a lot more files and cool props?

You might try calling/writing/emailing CuriousLabs and seeing if they'll sell you just the content CD without the program... but they probably won't. I know several of the people who were contributors on that P5 content CD. Styxx, Morris, and others... all of them are pretty nice folks.
You say your friend has the P5 and the content thing?
Might be a bit more work, but if you can make a list of the items you're interested in, and who did them, or get your friend to do so... you can contact those people by email or PM at Rendosity, RDNA, Poserpros etc and see if they're willing to make arangements to let you buy the items individually. It's an option.

True - For belts there is a fine package here already of a bunch o' cool belts, even more than what came with the content package of P5 - And capes, they are an abundance here - Not to mention the cool one that will be released here by ODS - When time permits - So Im thinking sometime early 2006 =).
None the less - I have Poser 5 and content CD - And have very seldom used whats there. Im sure many have, but like you said, similar props can be located easilly. _________________ =============================

I have gigs of file and i have only loaded and used a small % of them. I do have that belt pack from here not to mention the countless belts that come with purchased and free characters. Same goes with the capes. maybe i have a belt cape fetish
hmmmmmmm gosh i hope not.
I am looking forward to ODS cape and even more for the tut.
