Unfortuantely, proportion changes don't work on even the best of clothes. Poser simply isn't set up so well for changing the individual proportions of arms etc. It relies too much on the joints and bones of where they were to begin with. If you like playing with joints and bones etc you can normally make them work That is just for making the arms and legs etc shorter or longer with xyz dial twists.
