Huh. Missed that one. Priest's BP version must've come out after I dropped out of active comic collecting/reading. ;[ _________________ "I'd add a legitimate comment here, but that would mean reading everything, which I have no patience for." - Slynky

Just to get back on track with the question posed:
Nightwing, he does do quite a good job representing both Superman and Batman. Loved him since the superfriends when he had everyone's powers. Teen Titans brought out the best in Dickie and now with the Outsiders it shows how well the guy handles leadership positions.
Robin, see above take out leadership, Timmy is learning and it's fun watching him do so.
(Funny thing is I really don't like Batman all that much)
Superman, gotta love a guy who always does the right thing and is inspiration for the other heroes. They keep trying to put him in leadership roles, but it never really works for me...on the other hand,
WonderWoman, does what is right and nescercary (bad spelling I know, I'm lazy). She should have led the Justice League, tempered by Superman and Batman
Braniac 5, any Brainy is always Brainy no matter what pre, post, furture crisis, Brainy kicks butt!
Cosmic Boy, the new version kicks butt as well. Leadership rules!
Mon-el, Mon'el, Lar Gand, Superman of the future...nuff said.
Storm, with or without powers she rules.
yeah, more than 5 but with so many other off topic, I went super on topic.
I like the leaders of the Superhero set,
Cyclops
Capt America
Oracle
and so on.
and even though it wasn't asked. Magneto 2nd favorite charecter in comics for me, right after Nightwing.
I would have to say my favorite character is Captian America Started out as a frail young man that wanted to serve his country and then was transformed into a living symbol of America
Sacrificed himself for the greater good only to be denied peace and frozen then thawed out fifty years later to see all he fought for was no longer there. He then decided to take up the fight again
this time when his body is burning out and he is about to die he gets a chance to say good bye and with the aid of some armor keeps fighting the good fight and just when he is ready to take that long dirtnap he is saved by the Red skull and has to keep fighting. Batman never saw that kind a trouble.
