Thanks... I've had more than a few HD's go belly up too. I've been pretty lucky and never lost anything irreplaceable. Mainly because I back up everything multiple time, to multiple places, like a nut.
Most of my important info is on my FTP!!! The benefit of have 300GB+ of HD Space.
The MB was a PITA, but the drives and RAM were unaffected. Haven't checked the processor yet. So it might have glitched.
Glad your getting everything back Ratteler. I know how it feels re-installing everything. Not fun. Your work is awesome, so I'm glad you didn't lose it all.
Replacment: New Graphire (1st Gen). Just took the pen out. No improvement, but at least I'm back in business.
Go back over the past year, and I've basically replaced my entire computer system while working on this project. Not easy to do when your monthly rent is $150 more than your day job pays.
I've just yesterday had the time to start doing tuts on ZBrush that will let me put the finishing touches on Amazing Armor, among other things.
I'm trying to learn to model from scratch in ZB because people will pay you for that where they spit or laugh at you for Lightwave these days. (sigh)
