Thank you for your advices ratteler. I also prefer "air thigh" model. As a often use back lighting in my render it gives strange effect with unwelded polygons.
I had fixed the eyes shape (thx aremis), the edge around the mask, earmuffs (always happy to learn a new word ) and screw.
I am still working to add details on the helmet and I began to model the chest.

New update on my IM armor.
The head, neck and front chest are almost finished and connected. It seems to be posable quite easyly because the mesh is quite low poly (only 5000 poly at the moment).

Well, when I think of the time it took and of that I still have to do ... this damn armor will certainly be finished in 2022 !!

Im in brother! =). I might be a little slower, with my wheelchair, and having my diaper changed over and over, and falling asleep and drooling on the keyboard lol.
